Job Description
In your role as Business Analyst you will...
- Gather and document the business needs and objectives of the clients and stakeholders
- Translate the business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for the technical team
- Validate and verify the technical solutions against the business expectations and criteria
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis for the proposed solutions
- Create and maintain various artifacts such as business process models, use cases, user stories, wireframes, data models, diagrams, and reports.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of the technical deliverables
- Provide training, support, and documentation to the end-users and the technical team
- Manage and monitor the project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Communicate and report the project status, issues, and risks to the management and the stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry
- Document a start to end process for creation of a new brand including key deliverables and dependencies
What you’ll bring…

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Certification in business analysis, project management, or a related field is a plus.
- A strong understanding of how IT can benefit the hospitality industry
- Proven experience as a technical business analyst or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the business domain, processes, and systems.
- Proficient in various tools and techniques for business analysis, such as Excel, Visio, etc
