As a Receptionist, you will help our customers check in on arrival and support in resolving any issues they may have during their stay. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will...

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
  • Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
