Job Description

We have a great 12 month FTC opportunity for you!

The role will centre around resolving pub queries within agreed SLA's

This means managing customer expectations and suppliers to deliver a successful outcome. It also means collaborating with the wider Retail IT team to ensure the integration of new technology in to the support function. The individual will also be expected to analyse trends in their area of work and provide input to SME to manage it via product backlog

The role is based in Burton Upon Trent or Bury St Edmunds to allow for collaborative working with the other IT support services.

What you will bring...

  • Ability to manage a number of people in a team 
  • The ability to develop individuals on a personal and a professional level 
  • Experience in assessing and evaluating capacity and planning future engagement 
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to ensure the support levels are in place.  
  • An ability to manage stakeholders via multiple communications channels 
  • Experience in managing and challenging suppliers in regards to service levels and SLA’s 
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a retail environment, preferably within hospitality 
  • Experience of managing suppliers would be advantageous 
  • Experience of service delivery. 
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Azure DevOp
